I consider myself to be a highly organized and decisive person, able to see the "big picture", simplify complexity, create a plan, execute and/or oversee, and finally focus on all the details to make the project "pixel perfect".
I have had the opportunity to learn in some of the best schools, and have worked for more than 450 clients, which has allowed me to have a broader vision of all the aspects each project requires to succeed.

In all my previous projects, I have collaborated with designers, developers, creative directors, as well as analytics, marketing and commercial teams, usually leading the design team and its strategy.
Recently, I started using AI to increase efficiency and speed, I am curious to see how technology is a game changer again.
I am an approachable person, and I love to listen to the opinions of others before making a final decision. My goal is to motivate and help the team reach their fullest potential and thus achieve the best results.
Finally, I demand the highest standards from my team. I dislike mediocrity or things done badly.
